NJ for Obama is New Jersey’s grassroots organization committed to helping Senator Obama get elected President of the United States. We are doing so by hosting events, community outreach, fundraising, and petitioning elected officials in New Jersey.

Started as a group of ordinary citizens both disenfranchised and concerned about the current state of our government and its leadership, we formed the New Jersey division of Draft Obama. After successfully petitioning Senator Obama to run for President, we formed NJ for Obama.

As of today, NJforObama is a statewide organization that exemplifies the potential of the grassroots movement. With the support of its leadership committee, its over 900 members from every county, and numerous elected officials, NJ for Obama members embody the diverse demographic and cultural ties that bind New Jersey together. Please join us as we move forward with one voice in support of Senator Obama.
